Location: *Hybrid working, based at Helimed House, Norwich (travel required to our Melbourn office at least once a week)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday with occasional weekend work
Annual salary: £25,500 per annum

East Anglian Air Ambulance is a regional charity that provides life-saving care across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and beyond. With two state of the art helicopters and a fleet of critical care cars taking our crew of critical care paramedics and doctors to the scene of the incident, to provide advanced pre-hospital emergency medical care (PHEM).
About the role:
We are seeking a motivated, passionate Community Fundraiser to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Community Fundraising Manager and Community Fundraising Leads to deliver the community fundraising strategy and to achieve budget.
You will follow fundraising plans and support with the logistics, pre and post-community events and offer excellent stewardship to our supporters.
Working closely with our Volunteering Team, you will support our community event volunteers who attend supporters third party events.
You will support the work around our contactless giving options, collections, and collection boxes.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied and busy workload.
You will need to have effective communication skills with other internal teams and supporters and third-party event providers.
This role requires driving and access to a vehicle. A flexible approach to work is required so that you can support occasional out of hours events by travelling to our Melbourn office at least once a week.
You will live within our region, have a great knowledge of the area, and believe in the work of East Anglian Air Ambulance.

*This role will be worked a minimum of 3 days a week from our Norwich office and up to 2 days a week from home. The exact days worked in the office will be agreed with the successful candidate, but you must live within a commutable distance of our Norwich office.
