Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of midwives, ensuring they provide compassionate, evidence-based care.
- Develop and implement service strategies that align with national guidelines and local needs.
- Promote and deliver high-quality, safe, and person-centred maternity services within the community.
- Build strong relationships with families, offering guidance and support at every stage of pregnancy, birth, and postnatal care.
- Drive quality improvement projects to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide seamless, integrated care.
- Provide leadership, participate in perinatal governance forums, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
