Role Summary:
We are looking for an energetic, organised and ambitious person to join our growing organisation. This is an ideal first or second role for those who want to craft a career in Client and Community Support. Our Community Support Co-ordinator will get involved in supporting their own list of Practitioners in all aspects of Lumina Learning, from managing support requests to proactive outreach with the aim of engaging with our community and much more in between. Whilst the role is supportive in nature, it is primarily commercial, and we’re always looking to empower people to take ownership of projects and make their mark on the company.

You will:
Be a key part of the Community Support team managing, supporting, and growing the Lumina Learning’s Practitioner community. This will mean playing a central role and point of contact to this important community of Lumina Learning clients and the community’s growth over time.
Within your responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support to Practitioners, offering insights and assistance with Lumina Learning’s solutions.
- Offer technical support and serve as the primary contact for Practitioners.
- Upsell Lumina Learning solutions to increase awareness and meet client needs.
- Conduct warm calls to support Practitioners and raise awareness of new solutions/events.
- Assist with onboarding Practitioners and ensure smooth system/resource orientation.
- Manage sales inquiries, follow up on leads, and handle client referrals.
- Collaborate with the commercial and marketing teams to identify opportunities and create tailored content.
- Support the creation of resources (e.g., pitch packs, guides) and assist with Practitioner events.
- Improve support by identifying and addressing practitioner needs and challenges.
- Educate users on the Lumina platform and products.
- Attend industry-relevant events across the UK to engage and strengthen relationships with the Practitioner community
You have:
- The right to work in the UK
- Degree level education, ideally in a relevant discipline, or equivalent work experience
- English and Maths to GCSE Level or equivalent
- Sound commercial acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with complete fluency in written and verbal English
- Understanding of and client-centric approach to your work
- Digitally savvy approach – able to quickly learn new computer systems and programmes
- Proven problem-solving mindset with the ability to explain complex information in a clear way
- Strong presentation skills and attention to detail
- The humility to ask for help – we don’t expect you to know things, we’ll help you learn
- A can-do attitude and the will to make a difference for the organisation
- The ability to get on well with others
- Good time management skills
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines – you’ll be working across multiple projects
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Compensation Range: £24,000 - 25,000 plus commission
