We are currently working with an elite alternative asset manager that is looking for a Company Secretary in London. The role will support on a range of governance and legal matters for the firm, across EMEA.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating transaction processes, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders on onboarding, structuring, entity formations, and documentation.
- Organising and attending meetings, preparing minutes, and drafting resolutions.
- Monitoring legislation and regulations and advising on relevant compliance matters
- Managing relationships with external service providers, both onshore and offshore.
- Supporting document execution tasks
- Assisting with corporate changes related to acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and restructurings.
Requirements:
- 7 - 12+ years of legal or company secretary experience, ideally within the asset management space.
- Qualified Chartered Secretary or Qualified Solicitor
- Strong Asset Management experience
