My client is a well-established Private Equity firm based in Central London.
This is a newly created, standalone Compensation Specialist position that will partner closely with both HR and finance. This role combines both Compensation (75%) and Payroll (25%).

This role would be perfect for someone that started in Payroll and has transitioned into Comp/Reward. It is a 75/25 split between compensation and payroll. You will have the opportunity to really make the role your own and partner with a number of senior stakeholders across the business. They are seeking a real problem solver, that can work at pace.
There will be times in the month/year where the role focuses on either the payroll or compensation side. They require someone that is used to balancing priorities, that will be able to ensure that the work gets done.
