Compliance Associate

We are exclusively partnered with a global hedge fund to recruit a Compliance Associate for their London team. The role will primarily support the EMEA business, with additional responsibilities providing secondary support to teams in the US and APAC regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage BAU compliance tasks, including code-of-ethics, on boarding and trade surveillance
• Advise senior management and wider business stakeholders on upcoming regulatory developments and requirements.
• Draft, update and implement new compliance policies and procedures
• Provide compliance training to new joiners and front office staff.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 year of compliance experience, ideally from a hedge fund, investment bank or investment manager
• Strong FCA knowledge
