Regulatory Compliance Manager – Risk & Compliance - Banking
Location: London (onsite 3x per week)
Salary: Competitive salary
Contract Type: Permanent
We're looking for an experienced Compliance Manager with strong knowledge of UK banking regulation and a solid track record in Consumer Duty to join a high-performing compliance function.
You will support the the Head of Compliance by leading regulatory monitoring reviews, advising on policy matters, and helping shape the compliance framework. You’ll contribute to MI reporting, develop and deliver internal training, and work closely with senior leaders to embed regulatory best practices across the business.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience within a Compliance or Audit related role within Banking, Private Banking is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of FCA regulation, particularly Consumer Duty
- Experience with Compliance Monitoring, Regulatory Compliance, and Financial Promotions is essential
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Compliance or Audit certifications (desirable)
Please note: This is a regulatory compliance role with a focus on Consumer Duty and general banking compliance. Candidates with experience solely in financial crime or AML will not be suitable for this position.
