Hours required: Permanent contract full time
Reporting to: Conference and Events Manager
Based at: Kingston Park Stadium, Newcastle upon Tyne as well as other locations in and around the region.
Purpose of the role:
Falcons Events have an exciting opportunity to join their team as Conference & Events Sales Co-ordinator.
Falcons Events also has a busy offsite business, looking after race days at England’s most scenic racecourse, Hexham.
We also provide bars, catering & hospitality at a range of exciting events across the North East including concerts, Belsay International Horse Trials, fan zones, Burgham International Horse trials & charity events.
What does the role involve?
As Conference & Events Sales Co-ordinator you will be the first point of contact for customer events enquiries, in person, by telephone or online.
Based at Kingston Park Stadium, the day-to-day role involves dealing with internal & external bookings, & liaising with the Operational Team to ensure the smooth running of events.
