About the role

Are you an experienced Construction Manager with a strong track record in delivering complex, high-value projects? We are looking for a skilled professional to lead construction activities on a highly sensitive defence project in Berkshire .

This is a unique opportunity to work on a mission-critical programme within a secure environment, overseeing multiple disciplines, ensuring safety, quality and programme objectives are met

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety and security regulations
• Manage contactors, sub-contractors and internal teams to deliver work packages on time and within budget
• Liaise with stakeholders, designers and engineers to ensure seamless project execution
• Implement and enforce quality control measures and risk mitigation strategies
• Report progress to senior leadership and escalate issues where necessary

Who we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager on large scale complex projects
• Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and construction best practice
• Ability to lead and co-ordinate multi-disciplinary teams in a high security environment
• SC Clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
• Excellent communication skills
