Job Title:
Construction Planner (P6)

Description & Background:

At Hinkley Point C is one of the country's premier construction projects, they are building two new nuclear reactors, the first in a new generation of nuclear power stations in Britain providing zero-carbon electricity for around six million homes. The organisation has a large scope of work including mechanical manufacturing/production of pipework and associated elements.

Responsibilities:
- Monthly Cost Report
- Production and maintenance of schedules
- Analysis of schedules to ensure most efficient workflow
- Critical Path analysis
- Leading schedule look ahead to ensure timely and proactive delivery
- Generating schedule reports as required
- Working with the Cost Manager to support the Monthly Cost Report

Experience Required:
- Relevant professional qualification, or qualified by experience
- Experience of Construction Planning.
- P6 SQEP.
- Experience of site works.
- Highly skilled in the use of all aspects of P6
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good IT literacy.
- Work from the office

Location:
- Hinkley Point C Site

Salary + Hours:
- Full-time, 10-12 hours per day, Monday-Friday
- £35 per hour PAYE
- 10 days on, 4 days off rota
