We’re currently working with a highly regarded, design-led London-based developer that’s looking to appoint a Lead Project Manager for a new luxury residential scheme in Surrey.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business known for delivering bespoke, high-quality homes with a focus on architectural detail and seamless delivery.
The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the on-site delivery of the scheme—from enabling works through to handover. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure the project is delivered to the highest standards, on time and within budget.

With over 35 years of experience, this privately-owned business has evolved into a multi-disciplinary operation covering development, investment, construction, management, and private finance. A second-generation leadership team has helped drive innovation, growth, and a reputation for quality in the high-end residential space.
Key Responsibilities
- Full project management from pre-construction through to completion
- Liaising with design, commercial, and delivery teams
- Managing subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensuring health & safety compliance
- Monitoring programme, quality, and budget
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years’ experience managing residential construction projects (luxury or bespoke preferred)
- Strong technical understanding of high-spec finishes and detail
- Experience running single-site residential schemes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to drive quality and motivate teams
