Job Purpose
- In partnership with the General Manager, Matron and Clinical Director for Complex Care provide effective clinical and operational leadership of the department, role modelling the Trust values at all times
- Take accountability for the delivery of high standards of clinical and non-clinical performance in accordance with agreed key performance indicators for the department
- Lead and be accountable for all aspects of department clinical governance
- Play an active role in the development and implementation of financial and operational plans for the department that support the Trust’s strategy and annual objectives
