This team combines deep industry knowledge with cutting-edge expertise in strategy, operations, and technology. You’ll work on major transformation programmes for some of the UK’s most complex and high-profile Defence and Aerospace organisations—delivering tangible results across efficiency, quality, and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Shape solutions that incorporate technologies like IoT, Digital Twins, PLM, SAP, and AI.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–8 years of consulting and/or industry experience in Aerospace, Defence, or complex manufacturing.
  • Exposure to change management, digital manufacturing, or operational excellence (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma).

  • Eligibility for or existing SC/DV security clearance (sole British nationals only).

This is your chance to join a purpose-driven consultancy that blends creativity, technology, and strategy to help clients get the future they want.
