This role reports onsite in our London office.

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator to join our dynamic Shorts team, with a focus on producing YouTube Shorts content. This role will specifically center around arts & crafts-based content that complements our existing IP and entertains, educates, and inspires children and families.

You will ideate, plan, and produce short-form video content that is engaging, visually compelling, and aligned with our brand tone and audience expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce engaging YouTube Shorts content, with a strong focus on arts & crafts, DIY projects, and playful learning.
• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos, working closely with internal teams (production, brand, and marketing).
• Contribute ideas to the creative development process and seasonal content calendars.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure content is on-brand, educational, and fun.
• Source and manage craft materials, props, and tools as needed.
• Stay on top of short-form content trends, especially in the kids and family space.
• Support data-driven iteration and experimentation based on performance metrics and platform trends.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation, ideally for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, or Instagram Reels.
• Strong portfolio of arts & crafts, DIY, or educational content.
• Confident filming and editing content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Comfortable in front of and/or behind the camera, with a collaborative mindset.
• A natural affinity for content that speaks to children and families.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment with tight turnarounds.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders.
• A strong understanding of what performs well on YouTube Shorts and other short-form platforms.
