Job Title: Social Content Creator - Retail Brand.
Location: West London (2 days work from home per week)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £40K - £50K depending on experience.
- Develop, shoot, and edit engaging videos, graphics, GIFs, and copy tailored for each social platform.
- Collaborate with the brand marketing team to align content with the marketing calendar and wider business goals.
- Craft copy that reflects the brand's playful tone of voice and ensures a cohesive visual identity.
- Work with internal and external creatives to produce polished, high-quality content.
- Keep up with social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
- 3+ years of experience in social media content creation.
- Must have experience working across retail, fashion, beauty or interiors in a social content creation role.
- Strong creative portfolio showcasing social-first content.
- Photography/videography skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Final Cut Pro.
- Excellent writing skills with a strong understanding of brand tone of voice.
- Creative ideation experience across social channels.
- Ability to adjust content strategies based on performance data.
