Orion Building Engineering Services Ltd have a fantastic opportunity to add to our expanding team with the role of a Contract Compliance Administrator for our HVAC, ideallywith an immediate start to be based in our Hemel office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks which would include supporting the team in the monitoring, documenting, booking of jobs and allocation of works to engineersand the associated compliance-related activities for the various contracts.
You will be working alongside likeminded and supportive colleagues in order to provide a great customer service.
Duties
- Completing compliance checks on all water hygiene activities.
- Raising non-conformances.
- Supporting and assisting the Water Hygiene Manager and Operations Manager.
- Planning and coordinating work
- Assisting and coordinating engineers
- Answer incoming calls and dealing with queries
- Responding to emails from clients
- Prioritise workloads effectively to meet operational needs and customer expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer any client questions or relay these questions back to the office.
- Consistently follow up on open queries and jobs to aid closure and completion.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a compliance or administrative role .
- Have strong administrative skills including Excel.
- The ability to work accurately with high attention to detail.
- Ability to react quickly, reliably and resiliently under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in clear, professional English.
- Be proficient in data entry.
- Have an excellent telephone manner.
- Good presentation, planning, and organisational skill, self-motivated and able to work under their own initiative.
Salary £25500.00 - £28000.00 (depending on experience).
40 hours per week - Monday to Friday.
24 days holiday per year plus bank holidays. Increasing by 1 day per year following 3 years of service.
