Introduction

Good service is what we strive to deliver for our residents and keeping them at the heart of all we do. We are looking for an experienced contract manager who is ready to drive results and increase customer satisfaction whilst getting value for money.
What’s the role?
Managing our subcontractor partners within our responsive repairs service including void delivery, disrepair, day to day responsive repairs, roofing and other adhoc programmes. Looking at our procurement strategy and mobilising and demobilising contractors as required.

What We’re Looking For
Someone with a great attention to detail, passion for delivering customer service keeping the resident at the heart of what we do, managing relationships with our external contractors to deliver a high performing repairs service.
Location
The job is primarily based in Laurence house, but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.
Special conditions
- Relevant experience in social housing repairs and IOSH qualification is needed
- Weekend and evening working is required from time to time for this job
- The job is subject to an enhanced DBS check

Salary
£58,752 - £60,795 per annum (P07)
N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
