We’re looking for a Controls Engineering Lead to manage and develop a high-performing team of controls engineers. You’ll deliver bespoke automation and controls solutions across high-profile projects, while helping shape standards and drive innovation within our Design Engineering strand.

- Minimum Level 4 qualification (NVQ or equivalent) in Controls & Automation Engineering
- Strong background in engineering design and problem-solving
- Experience in automated product design and development (preferred)
- Proficient in multiple programming languages
- Ability to meet deadlines and quality standards under pressure
- Self-starter with strong team collaboration skills
- Proven track record of delivering improvements in challenging environments
