Location: Central London

£50,000 - £60,000 Per Annum (Highly competitive, negotiable and dependent upon your level of experience)

The Role

• Managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Managing a team of Paralegals.
• Delivering outstanding client service, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions with clear and proactive communication.
• Supervising and mentoring support staff, fostering development within the team.
• Actively contributing to business development, networking, and marketing initiatives to grow the firm’s reputation and client base.
• Ensuring compliance with risk management procedures and regulatory standards.
• Continuing professional development, staying up to date with legal and market trends.

The Ideal Candidate

• Conveyancing Expertise – 3+ years experience in handling residential property matters, with the ability to manage files independently.
• IT Proficiency – Experience using case management systems and confidence in working with digital workflows.
• Strong Communication Skills – Clear and professional written and verbal communication, with a focus on excellent client care.
