Learning & Development Consultant
At Plymouth City Council, we are on an exciting improvement journey in our approach to learning and development. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Learning & Development Consultant to join our team and help drive this transformation forward.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by shaping and enhancing Plymouth City Council’s e-learning capability. In this role, you will co-design, develop, and implement effective, innovative, and inclusive e-learning solutions tailored to the Council's needs.
About You
Alongside your substantial experience and expertise in learning and development, you will bring the vision, drive, and determination to challenge the status quo and deliver positive change. Your customer-focused approach, ability to build strong relationships, and credibility will be key to your success in this role.
This position offers a significant opportunity to make a difference. You’ll have a passion for creating innovative and creative solutions, and we’ll give you the freedom to apply your skills in further developing and embedding our People Strategy.
