Our leading and high-profile Corporate and Commercial team is seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant (PA) to join and support seven fee earners from Associate to Partner level. For this role we are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant who has worked in the legal field and supported multiple fee earners including Partners.

Our Corporate and Commercial team is a close-knit group, and the successful candidate would work alongside a supportive team of experienced PAs.
We are looking for a PA with experience supporting multiple busy individuals within a legal environment, who is proactive, approachable, and supportive. Excellent organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and confidence in delegation are essential. You will be committed to supporting our fee earners to deliver top-notch client service.
As the first line of support for six fee earners, your responsibilities will include billing, diary management, arranging internal and external meetings, travel management, client liaison, preparation of documentation, and mailbox management.
Successful applicants will join a large team of PAs, administrators and document production specialists working in a friendly and professional environment. We offer an excellent benefits package and have a flexible/ hybrid working model.
