Selection Criteria

• English native speaker
• Students graduating before June 2026 and excited to pursue a career with Infosys
• Excellent writing,communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
• Proactive and willing to contribute ideas; can-do attitude, self-starter
• Self-disciplined and ability to work independently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task, analyse and coordinate multiple on-going projects
• Professional, diplomatic, personable and reliable
• Intellectually curious, interest/ability to learn new areas
• Flexible and able to solve problems, attention to detail
• Interest in CSR
