London South Bank University are excited to be recruiting for the post of Course Support and Enquiry Officer within the Student Operations Department.
This role will be offered on a part time basis at 17.5 hours per week (0.5 FTE) and is a fixed-term contract, currently set to end in November 2026.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active individual to become part of our team, based at the Southwark Campus, contributing to the day-to-day delivery of an effective and efficient service supporting course management, including Course Boards, record maintenance, and welcome and induction activities. You will work with other Professional Service Departments to ensure the smooth running of the interruption and withdrawals processes of students, ensuring that all key stakeholders are informed of any outcomes.
About You:
To be successful as the Course Support and Enquiry Officer you will need to have a strong customer-focused and professional approach for the student facing nature of this team, and will be responsible for responding to students with student administration enquiries in a timely manner. Having knowledge of a student facing enquiry management system and having experience of triaging and responding to requests for information would be an advantage for this role. You will ideally have experience of committee/meeting servicing, and all tasks associated with this.
You will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, meticulous attention to detail, an ability to prioritise workloads and maintain accurate records, meet strict deadlines and perform effectively under pressure.
