About The Role
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code
- Implement performance and quality modules
- Investigate issues as reported by operations and other engineering teams
- Characterisation of hardware behaviour and performance
- Proposing solutions and estimating time and cost of implementation
- Help maintain code quality, organisation, and automatisation
- Writing tests to validate accuracy and conformity of code
- Review and maintain code written by others
- Comply with team standards
- Collaborate with other teams
- Create and maintain documentation
About You
- Extensive experience developing control software (preferably for industrial applications)
- Strong problem-solving credentials, technical leadership and ability to innovate
- Strong proficiency in modern C++, with fair knowledge of the language specification
