About the role..

As a Creative Agency Partner, you’ll take the lead on strategic engagement with key creative agencies. You’ll be responsible for showcasing and educating agencies on the creative solutions and media opportunities offered by Clear Channel, driving innovation and incremental revenue as a result.


Working closely with the Client team, you’ll also unlock new creative opportunities with key Clear Channel customers through strong creative agency partnerships.


What you’ll be doing..

Engagement of creative agencies:

  • Work with the Client team to identify key client, creative, and commercial opportunities.
  • Own and evolve the engagement strategy building relationships and uncovering new opportunities within the creative community.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with agencies working on laydown client business.
  • Proactively pitch innovative solutions and creative ideas to agencies and clients.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on communications that engage and inspire the creative industry.
  • Ensure creative contacts are represented at Clear Channel events, including speaking slots and the Outdoor Media Awards.
  • Inspire and educate agencies on the power and potential of Out of Home media and Clear Channel’s offering.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior creative decision-makers.
  • Deliver insightful, creative-led presentations that shape media plans.
  • Be a visible and active presence within agencies- positioning yourself as the go-to Out of home creative expert.
  • Provide excellent service, always following up and going the extra mile.
  • Keep activity and contacts updated in our CRM system


Who are you?

  • Substantial experience in a client development role within creative or media agencies.
  • You have a solid network and existing relationships across the creative agency landscape.
  • You’ve got a proven track record of winning new business and driving growth.
  • You bring broad media knowledge, with a deep understanding of where out of home media fits in the media mix.
  • Your customer focused, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
  • You’re confident presenting ideas and proposals to varied audiences and stakeholders.
  • You’re organised, adaptable, and able to juggle a busy workload with ease.
  • You’re a creative and strategic thinker who loves problem-solving.
  • You’re a team player who’s always ready to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
