Role Purpose

JOB DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the CRM Assistant is to support with the strategy, building and distribution of marketing emails, as well as reviewing email performance across several of our sporting partners (e.g. Everton, England FA, NBA etc). Delivering the right experience to the right fan, at the right time.

Responsibilities

  • Support the wider CRM team with ownership of the email marketing plan for a variety of our sporting partners, as well as the building and distribution of these sends
  • Work closely with the ecommerce team to align messaging, content and support trading needs for the partners you’ll be working with
  • Report on email channel performance and make recommendations for improvement or testing strategies for email channel to key stakeholders in the business (creative and ecommerce teams, wider CRM team and partners)
  • Conduct territory analysis to ensure email content and timings are optimized for maximum return across key markets and audiences
  • Manage and prioritise requests from partners, as well as maintaining trigger and transactional emails for the partners you’ll be working with
  • Support the wider CRM team and Manager with wider CRM projects to help grow and develop the channel

Knowledge And Experience

  • Ideally, 1+ years digital marketing or CRM experience with knowledge and experience working within an ESP, or recent marketing graduate/apprentice
  • Confident with Excel, reviewing data and presenting key learnings
  • Planning workload and emails effectively across different time zones and segments
  • Great attention to detail
  • Experience of delivering requests and requirements on time and to deadlines
