Are you passionate about driving customer value through data-led CRM? We’re hiring a Customer Value CRM Manager to lead our CRM strategy for Sainsbury’s Energy and E.ON Next.


You’ll manage a team of CRM campaign leads, collaborate across Marketing, Digital, and E-commerce teams, and deliver impactful campaigns that drive growth, retention, and engagement.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and deliver CRM strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing CRM team
  • Use data to optimise campaigns and customer journeys
  • Partner cross-functionally to enhance conversion and experience
  • Drive automation, quality control, and CRM tool optimisation
  • Ensure brand-aligned, impactful customer communications


What we’re looking for:

  • Experience leading CRM or marketing teams
  • Proven track record in performance-driven CRM strategy
  • Strong data mindset and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
  • Bonus: Knowledge of the energy sector or sub-brand/start-up environments
