Working for a global organisation you will be joining as their CRM Marketing Executive in their digital marketing team. You will play a key role in leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud to launch and manage automated email marketing campaigns that engage customers on a local, regional, and global scale.

This is a hybrid role based in Central London, requiring three days in the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Design, execute, and optimise email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Automation & Optimisation: Implement automation to streamline campaign deployment and enhance customer engagement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with regional and central teams to drive campaign success.
• Data & Analytics: Track and analyse campaign performance, using insights to improve future strategies.
• Training & Support: Provide training and guidance to teams on best practices for CRM marketing.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalisation, and automation.
• Ability to analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in A/B testing and campaign optimisation.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
