CRM Executive – HR Tech Brand / B2B Marketing

London, £50,000 - £60,000

Are you a CRM expert ready to take full ownership of email marketing strategy across multiple innovative brands? This is a unique opportunity to join a global workforce consultancy that partners with some of the world’s most recognised tech companies.

As the sole CRM specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping retention and engagement strategies for a suite of brands, including two new ventures launched by the group. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you'll drive performance, optimise workflows in HubSpot, and have a direct impact on revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CRM strategy and execution across multiple brands
• Build and deploy campaigns, lead nurture flows, and marketing automations
• Analyse customer behaviour and segmentation to tailor communications
• Optimise performance via A/B testing and weekly metric reviews
• Maintain and enhance the HubSpot setup: automation, scoring, cleansing

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years in CRM or email marketing (B2B preferred)
• Hands-on expertise in HubSpot is essential
• Data-led approach to campaign optimisation and segmentation
• Strong project management skills; able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
