Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as Critical Raw Materials (CRM) Manufacturing Manager and you will lead a diverse and talented department specialising in Allergy, Biochemistry and Chemistry processes that are part of the immunoassay manufacture.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide the leadership required to drive CRM operations and develop the department productivity to meet future needs.
- Maximise staff contribution and develop individuals to their full potential by providing effective coaching/mentoring and appraisal.
- Uphold the highest standards of GMP and safety ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards applicable Health and Safety legislation.
- Ensure the department meets agreed targets for product quality, product availability, output, timeliness and cost.
- Create budgets and forecasts to the dates required and control costs within agreed limits.
- Drive and lead continuous improvement activities for the benefit of the wider organisation.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Educated to Masters Degree level or above in relevant disciplines (Chemistry/ Biochemistry).
- Formal Leadership & Management training desirable.
- Experience of Manufacturing Management in a GMP environment.
- Experience of People Management and Development
- Experience of Regulated Industry and Quality compliance
