We have a vacancy for a Performance Advisor (Analyst) in the Plymouth Safeguarding Children Partnership.
The Role
The Plymouth Safeguarding Children Partnership Board provide strategic leadership, direction and governance for the delivery of statutory and local requirements for the multi-agency safeguarding arrangements in Plymouth through equal and joint responsibility.
The Performance Advisor will be responsible in analysing high quality information and intelligence data regarding Safeguarding Children in the city. They will carry out in-depth research and analysis for the Plymouth Safeguarding Children Partnership (PSCP), in order to inform and influence decision making and help shape the strategic approach of the services, to promote the welfare of children and young people.
- The Intelligence Analyst will work closely with senior managers and partners to manage and understand performance and data trends in order to identify appropriate and timely inventions for improving practice and performance on a continuous basis.
- It is vital in this role that you have the proven experience in ICT systems and data, with the strong technical understanding and knowledge of being able to collate and analyse management information and datasets including use of Power BI to create data dashboards.
You will have a collaborative solution-focused approach to strategic business processes and ICT solutions, whilst being able to effectively communicate and achieve engagement on all levels
