- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Office), order tracking tools, and customer engagement platforms
- Relevant qualifications or training in customer service, business administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with industry-specific procedures and best practices to enhance service delivery is advantageous
