Your Responsibilities
As a
Customer Delivery Executive, you will:
- Onboard suppliers to our platform, ensuring they understand and utilise our Social Value TOM System.
- Build and nurture relationships with supply chain participants to improve satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
- Host training webinars and provide ongoing support to drive adoption of our products and services.
- Monitor project metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and proactively engage users.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate user feedback and support marketing efforts with success stories.
- Act as a key point of contact for contract managers, helping suppliers meet their social value targets.
- Empower suppliers through our Social Value Academy and encourage them to maximise their impact.
What You Bring
- Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within SaaS or technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to build and manage relationships.
- Knowledge of customer success principles and an understanding of sales processes.
- A proven background of onboarding within a SaaS environment.
- Experience using CRM software, ideally Salesforce.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
