That’s why we need a Customer & Operations Support Administrator who’s sharp, switched on, and ready to keep pace with our high-energy environment.

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing (It’s Non-Stop—in a Good Way):

• 🔄 Handling a high volume of customer enquiries by phone and email—professionally and efficiently
• 🛒 Processing customer orders accurately and fast—speed and precision are everything
• 💬 Preparing and sending quotes—attention to detail is a must
• 📊 Using our CRM to track quotes, follow up, and stay on top of it all
• 🔄 Managing returns and ensuring smooth resolutions
• 🧾 Creating pro forma invoices and managing admin tasks that keep everything flowing
• 🤝 Working directly with customers and internal teams to keep operations running like clockwork
