I’m currently recruiting for a passionate and experienced Customer Relations Manager to join our team at Macc Care in Birmingham.

You’ll oversee the full customer journey—from first contact to long-term satisfaction—and work closely with our care and marketing teams to drive engagement, occupancy, and community presence.
