Job Overview

About The Role

As a Customer Research and Insight Executive here at AO, you’ll spend your time running and analysing online customer surveys and pulling together research recommendations which help teams across AO. You’ll be proactive, love being the voice of the customer and excited about improving customer trust.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

  • Carry out regular quantitative customer research studies (e.g. Online surveys) from start to finish to answer key business questions, including scripting surveys, launch, monitoring and reporting, making sure a quality and timely delivery
  • Support the Customer Research & Insight Manager on any qualitative research (e.g. focus groups, 1:1 interviews etc)
  • Turn research into high-quality, relevant and engaging insight packs that convey key research findings
  • Be a trusted and credible source of customer understanding and insight for various stakeholders around the business.
  • Support in the development of a company wide insights network through collaboration with brand, tech, and marketing teams

A Few Things About You

  • Experience and passion of working in a customer insights / research role
  • You understand how to report research data back to the business, so it’ll be understood and actioned
  • Be the voice of the customer across the business, working with key teams and stakeholders
