Job Description
Customer Service Job Description
- Processing customer schedules and new orders into the ERP system. Confirming receipt or orders via email or customer portals in a timely manner.
- Following contract review process and keep good records and documentation.
- Planning short and long-term to align supply and demand to support customer requirements.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure sales order management and cross-department communication.
- Act as a contact for a range of customers and deal with queries relating to order status or delivery timings
- Creating warehouse pick list reports based on customer weekly requirements
- Shipping of goods from ERP system, raising relevant paperwork and arranging necessary transportation
- Raise Export Documentation with Customs Broker and work with customer nominated transport companies
- Monitoring any parts not shipped and follow up with relevant departments
- Attend Annual Safety Day
- General Admin Duties
Qualifications
Candidate Requirement
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal and Customer Service skills with a positive attitude
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise, whilst ensuring a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook/Sharepoint)
Desirable Requirement
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of ERP Systems
