Location: Leeds, LS18 4DN
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30-5pm

What would your day look like?
- Answering inbound calls from customers and dealing with general enquiries
- Providing a friendly and helpful service, displaying a passion for customer service
- Accurately updating and maintaining an in - house system, processing mid-term adjustments and cancellations on existing policies
- Collecting payments for amendments or missed direct debit payments
- Solving customer queries throughout the life of their policy and general administration
- Document processing, letter writing, dealing with the setting up/cancellation of direct debits
What do we expect of you?
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Good organisation skills and ability to multitask with good attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- An ability to demonstrate initiative in problem-solving
