Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Salary: £28,000 per annum (DOE)

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor & Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls and inquiries professionally
  • Maintain and update online property advertisements
  • Follow up with prospective tenants and manage waiting lists
  • Process data entry, update records, and manage email correspondence
  • Upload property photos, certificates, and reports
  • Assist with general office administration, including ordering supplies
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate key dispatch
  • Notify tenants of upcoming maintenance work
  • Support senior management with administrative tasks as needed


Requirements

  • Strong telephone and communication skills
  • Confidence in handling customer inquiries and problem resolution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
