Customer Service Advisor

Join our team as a Customer Service Advisor working for our client BMW Group in Dearne Valley Rotherham delivering exceptional customer service in the automotive industry.

As a customer service advisor you will have the unique opportunity to work in partnership with one of a well known globally recognised luxury car brand. Our customer service team plays a crucial role in ensuring a safe and efficient environment for our customers and colleagues.

  • Extensive experience in delivering outstanding customer service, preferably in a contact centre environment using various communication channels
  • Previous experience in a contact centre
  • Proven ability to resolve complex customer queries, handling conflicts and negotiations like a pro
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate tasks in a high-volume, deadline-oriented environment
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills, with a dash of charm and wit
  • Stellar interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Multitasking prowess and the ability to handle high volumes
  • Expert objection handling skills
