Fortem International is seeking an energetic and hardworking professional with experience in customer service and administration roles for the position of Customer Success Manager. The responsibilities of this role include providing ongoing support to Exhibitors/Clients throughout the event-planning process, as well as handling daily administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations and Marketing teams to manage an Exhibitor/Client portfolio, ensuring they are well-informed and prepared for the event.
Key requirements for this role include excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to manage workload effectively, and meeting targets within specified deadlines. The ideal candidate should be able to hit the ground running and demonstrate a high level of motivation to excel in this role and integrate seamlessly into the vibrant Bristol Office Team.

This role will cover both UK & US events, so flexibility to work hours to reflect the time zone of your dedicated event is required.
The job position will be based within the Bristol Office, with the opportunity to travel internationally.
