Fortem International is seeking an energetic and hardworking professional with experience in customer service and administration roles for the position of Customer Success Manager. The responsibilities of this role include providing ongoing support to Exhibitors/Clients throughout the event-planning process, as well as handling daily administrative tasks.


The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations and Marketing teams to manage an Exhibitor/Client portfolio, ensuring they are well-informed and prepared for the event.

Key requirements for this role include excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to manage workload effectively, and meeting targets within specified deadlines. The ideal candidate should be able to hit the ground running and demonstrate a high level of motivation to excel in this role and integrate seamlessly into the vibrant Bristol Office Team.


Main Responsibilities -

  • Daily uploading of Event Contracts onto relevant systems and spreadsheets.
  • Daily communication with Clients/Exhibitors over the phone, and via email.
  • Adhering to a regular email communication schedule for each exhibition.
  • Supporting the Operations & Marketing Department chasing media content.
  • Management of the Exhibitor Portal / ‘online manual’
  • Liaising with different departments within Fortem to ensure successful execution of set tasks.
  • Processing and managing data accordingly
  • On-site support to the operations department at exhibitions


Required Skills & Experience -The ideal candidate for the role will have the following skills and level of experience...

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a previous administration role
  • The ability to use spreadsheets and handle large amounts of data
  • Excellent organisational with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Self-motivated
  • Good telephone manner and communication with clients
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently


This role will cover both UK & US events, so flexibility to work hours to reflect the time zone of your dedicated event is required.


The job position will be based within the Bristol Office, with the opportunity to travel internationally.
