Position
As Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for handling all customer orders, technical questions, keeping track of contracts/reservations and all admin based tasked that are associated
Location: Dinnington, Sheffield

Reports to: Head of Bulk

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) Process and Retail Order Management
- Build systems and infrastructure to ensure the process runs smoothly and that cost is optimised
- Ensure OTIF on a daily basis
- Add FBM and Retail/Bulk orders daily, providing confirmations to customers.
- Complete all admin activities related to the orders
- Liaise with other department to get required information
- Handle all sample shipment/tracking updates
- Manage all contracts/reservations and touch base with sales to action invoicing
- Effective liaison with various teams across the business to achieve business goals
- Provide good quality control of processes and procedures associated to customer service
- Providing support to the Head of Bulk on projects
- Provide professional customer service to customers and all stakeholders within a timely manner.
- Keep track & highlight any errors in margin/pricing & report back to Head of Bulk
Skills And Qualifications Required
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, customer facing and internally
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite & SAP
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- A customer-first attitude and a passion for providing outstanding service
