Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inbound customer account queries
- Communicate clearly and effectively, including handling complaints
- Demonstrate strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
- Prioritise tasks to meet departmental service level agreements (SLAs)
Core Skills and Knowledge
- Act with integrity and embrace the philosophy of treating customers fairly (mandatory)
- Understand regulatory knowledge applicable to the role (mandatory)
- Coaching and assessment skills (mandatory for Managers and Supervisors)
- Strong analytical skills with a client-focused approach
Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of lease and asset finance
- Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements
- Familiarity with the Consumer Credit Act and other relevant regulatory requirements
Negotiation and Decision-Making
- Ability to negotiate optimal outcomes and make informed decisions
Relationship Management and Communication
- Skill in identifying, building, and maintaining strong relationships
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders
