Position: Customer Service & Sales Support
Location: Office-Based - Coulsdon
Salary: £16,000
+
Hours: Part time - 12:30 PM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

What You'll Be Doing
- Processing customer quotes and orders with precision and care
- Handling inbound calls & emails, ensuring every customer receives first-class support
- Building strong customer relationships - they'll know you by name!
- Upselling & cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities
- Proactively following up on quotes to convert them into orders
- Managing expectations & resolving queries with confidence
- Working collaboratively to maintain our high customer experience standards
Requirements
