About the role
As a Remortgage Caseworker for Integrar you will be expected to manage a full caseload of remortgage files through to completion, working towards completion targets and providing clients with a fast, efficient and high-quality service throughout. It requires a high attention to detail, passion for delivering a high quality of work, being adaptable under pressure and being an amazing team player.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 300 new remortgage instructions per month.
- Carry out a title investigation and any searches required on the property or borrower.
- Carry out identification checks.
- Obtain a redemption statement for every charge affecting the property.
- Check the mortgage offer with a high degree of accuracy and chase any outstanding documentation required to proceed to completion.
- Set a suitable date for completion in accordance with the client and borrower requirements.
- Liaise with clients and borrowers via phone and email where necessary, providing quality customer service.
- Keep all parties in the transaction up to date at all times such as client, introducer, borrower or broker.
- Ensure the case management system is used to process all relevant aspects of the transaction.
- Undertake any reasonable request from a Partner, Unit Head or other appropriate Manager from time to time.

- Prior experience of remortgage processes is advantageous but not essential.
- You will be confident working in an environment with clear targets to achieve and strict deadlines / SLAs.
- You will thrive in a team environment which is supportive, positive and succeeds together.
- You possess strong communication skills both on the phone and via email, including an excellent standard of writing.
