Responsibilities:
- Drive customer retention & growth initiatives.
- Develop customer relationships.
- Diagnose customer operations.
- Consult customers on best practice product usage.
- Support pre-sales customer engagements.
You will be joining a well-versed team if you have:
- An interest in advanced manufacturing.
- Minimum of two years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
- University degree in Engineering.
