About The Role
At Revolut People, we’re building the future of high performance. Our performance management platform empowers hyper-growth companies to identify, hire, and retain high performers at scale as they level up how they manage their talent.
To accelerate our growth, we’re looking for a skilled Customer Success Manager to continue building out the function. As a CSM, you'll be a strategic partner to your clients, working across the entire customer lifecycle — from mapping customer requirements to driving implementation and adoption.
You'll own key accounts, with the goal of increasing advocacy and retention through great experience and tangible ROI. You'll also be the voice for customers, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to build a best-in-class offering.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Mapping customer requirements and designing product implementation strategies to achieve business objectives
- Owning strategic customer implementation projects end to end
- Working with customers to drive ongoing product adoption and build strategies to continually increase engagement
- Designing and optimising key processes within customer success to increase efficiency and team KPIs
- Working closely with teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, sharing customer feedback to help shape the Revolut People platform
- Building and maintaining an internal and external knowledge base for customers and internal teams, including self-service instructions
What You'll Need
- A bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of experience working in a tech or other fast-paced B2B company or consultancy
- Experience in customer success and/or project management
- Experience influencing teams to implement your plans
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- Great self-organisation and keeping cool when working to tight deadlines
Nice to have
- Experience in HR tech
- Experience managing people
