Our Cyber Resilience team has a fantastic opportunity for a Cyber Incident Response Manager to join them.
Our role
Cyber incidents can result in several different consequences, depending on the nature of the network and information systems targeted and intention of the perpetrators.
The purpose of this role is to ensure ENWL is prepared to effectively respond to and recover from cyber incidents, minimising impact and ensuring business continuity, by creating, maintaining and testing the Cyber Security team Business Continuity Plan.
This role will also support in the event of a cyber security incident; support incident response communication and coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a previous role of major incident management - working under pressure and the ability to remain confident, calm, in-control, and focused in managing and resolving critical situations;
- An awareness of cyber security and risk management, specifically an understanding of relevant regulatory and industry standards, and be able to interpret associated documents and translate into business facing communications;
- A formal industry qualification;
- Excellent and proven project management experience and ability to coordinate effectively;
- Experience of working in regulated settings where it’s necessary to evidence compliance with standards (NIS CAF).
