Join ONS as a Cyber Security Risk Manager Lead – Shape the Future of Security and Information Management
The Office for National Statistics (ONS) plays a vital role in managing personal, economic, and commercial information, and we’re committed to keeping this data secure. With a long-standing reputation for trust and excellence, ONS has been overhauling its security practices to meet evolving challenges and business needs.
As part of this transformation, we’re looking for a Cyber Security Risk Manager Lead to join our Advisory Security team within the Security and Information Management (SaIM) Directorate. Reporting to the Cyber Security Risk Manager - Principal, you’ll play a key role in embedding a ‘Secure by Design’ approach across ONS operations and ensuring our security frameworks, policies, and processes are fully integrated into the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
You’ll be part of the SaIM Directorate, which delivers essential services like security risk advice, knowledge management, physical security, security compliance, and the Security Operations Centre. This is a unique opportunity to influence the future of security practices in a pivotal, high-impact organisation.
If you’re passionate about security, risk management, and making a real difference, we want to hear from you!
