We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Cyber Security Operations Managerto drive strategic and operational program management, act as a subject matter expert, and bridge the gap between customers and sales teams. This role is a hybrid function that blends
program management, customer engagement, cybersecurity expertise, and business strategyto deliver effective and scalable solutions.
The ideal candidate must possess
strong analytical skills, reporting capabilities, and exceptional communication skillsto manage complex environments. The function will support
global clients, requiring
international experience and multilingual capabilitiesto succeed in diverse business landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management (Strategic & Operational)
- Leadend-to-end program execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Drivestrategic planning and operational efficiencywithin solution delivery frameworks.
- Managecomplex, cross-functional environments, balancing business, technical, and customer priorities.
Customer Engagement & Solution Design
- Act as a trusted advisor andcybersecurity subject matter expertfor clients.
- Work closely with global clients tounderstand their challenges and tailor solutionsaccordingly.
- Leadcustomer-facing discussions, presenting and communicating complex solutions effectively.
Sales & Business Connection
- Collaborate withsales teams to support solution positioningand pre-sales engagements.
- Provide technical expertise to sales, ensuring solutions align withbusiness and security objectives.
- Help definego-to-market strategiesand driveclient adoptionof proposed solutions.
Analytical, Reporting & Communication
- Develop and deliverdetailed reports, dashboards, and performance insightsfor stakeholders.
- Utilizestrong analytical skillsto assess data, trends, and operational impact.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly to bothtechnical and non-technical audiences.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in program managementwith a focus on strategic and operational execution.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurityprinciples, frameworks, and risk management.
- Ability tomanage complex global client environmentsand multi-stakeholder engagements.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills—able to convey technical and business insights effectively.
- Experience working ininternational marketswith a global client base.
- Multilingual capabilities(highly preferred) to support diverse client needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degreein Cybersecurity, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Experience inenterprise security architecture, risk management, or compliance.
- Prior experience working withC-suite and senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge ofcloud, AI, or security frameworksis an advantage.
